End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Compliance Engine ("Provider") grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for Customer's internal compliance purposes.

2. Restrictions

Customer will not:

  • Sublicense, sell, or resell the Service or its outputs as a standalone product.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Access another tenant's data or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Ownership of outputs

Customer owns the SSP, POA&M, scoring outputs, and any artifacts produced from Customer-supplied content. Provider owns the Service, including templates, scoring rules, and software.

4. Updates

Provider may modify or update the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Customer.

5. Term

This EULA is effective for the duration of Customer's subscription and terminates when the subscription ends.
